The Salt Cellar is a Valley landmark restaurant, serving fresh seafood since 1971! Sourcing fresh from across the country as well as outside this country. i.e., Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. They fly in whole live Maine lobster and open them table side for their guests. Their fresh fish includes halibut, Chilean sea bass, Florida grouper, ahi as well as George’s Bank sea scallops and #1 white Mexican shrimp.

My husband got me a gift card for Christmas because we’ve always wanted to go here. We went for Valentine’s Day and could not have been happier. We arrived with no reservation.. so we sat at the bar and ordered tapas style from the Happy Hour menu. Cellarita was a great tasty treat. Three appetizers later we were stuffed... So we topped it off with a great carrot cake... The whole place is under the parking lot. Great use of a parking lot... Dog a hole, sell the dirt, build a restaurant, pave a parking lot on the roof.. As the commercial says, "Brilliant !"
Me and my husband had a good time here. The food was okay but our server Micah L was amazing. Great attitude , great customer service. He checked in on us all lot to make sure we were good. Need more people like him around. Make our anniversary special thank you 🙏🏾
This was a delicious seafood restaurant. It's located in the basement/ceiler. Meaning, not handicap accessible. Stairs going down is the only way to get into the restaurant. Very busy, highly recommend reservering seating. Heads up, it's expensive! $400 for 4 people, with 2 appetizers, 2 drinks, 3 desserts, and 4 meals. Seafood in the Desert? If it's at the Salt Cellar, then "YES" it's always good. 👍 Great food!
