The Salt Cellar is a Valley landmark restaurant, serving fresh seafood since 1971! Sourcing fresh from across the country as well as outside this country. i.e., Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. They fly in whole live Maine lobster and open them table side for their guests. Their fresh fish includes halibut, Chilean sea bass, Florida grouper, ahi as well as George’s Bank sea scallops and #1 white Mexican shrimp.

Unique Spot for Happy Hour We were here on a weekday and easily found a spot at the bar just before 6 pm. Drink specials only included well drinks, no wine or margaritas. Wow Pricey but , great service the freshens seafood in the valley, every thing is great, they even crack you're crab legs and lobster at you're table for you plan on a hundred dollars a couple but well worth it.

Wonderful Our visit to the Salt Cellar was last night for a family birthday & it was wonderful. The four of us had different fish entrees and loved them all! We also enjoyed oysters and lobster ceviche for appetizers & amaretta cheesecake for desert. The staff members were attentive, but didn't hover, very pleasant & had a great sense of humor....
