This place is crap. Don't come here. The food is horrible. They don't care about you. The nurses give you an attitude. There's no soap in the restrooms. Since it's covid 19, they didn't even ask the adolescents in their activity room to wear their masks. They simply don't care about you. The doctor is crap. He falsely diagnoses you. This place is the worst they do not communicate they are rude. They discharged my mother without being stable. my mother managed to trick them that she is stable and they are the professionals here. just walking out the building didn't take 30 seconds to notice she wasn't ok to go home. the social worker didn't bother explaining anything about anything just said "everything is in the envelope" we checked there wasn't no Plan or anything just the discharge papers and her prescription. we didn't know anything about her the who... read more

This place is a nightmare. Unethical, disorganized, and should be put out of business. My 14 year old daughter was transferred here from Kaiser in Sacramento. I received a call from, Cathy, the nurse yesterday telling me that my daughter will be discharged today and will need to be picked up. I talked to the social worker, Sara, and well as the doctor who all confirmed that puck up is scheduled for today at noon. Very bad service, communication is terrible. We tried calling to talk to one of our loved ones & they put us on hold for about 5-10 mins. Then they suddenly say they're going to transfer the call over & end up hanging up. We called back multiple times & no one can seem to get ahold of who were trying to speak to. Then they told us we were going to be able to get them released a certain day but some random so called "social worker" calls stating the patient needs to stay longer but the doctor said the patient did not have to.... read more

If you're searching for negligence and gross incompetence, you're in luck! If you would like your loved one to deteriorate, be victimized, and receive inadequate care then this is the place for you. My son was assaulted by another patient while sleeping. They knew that this particular patient was violent because he attacked Dr. Contreras the day before. Horrible place. My boyfriend says its Kinda like jail, but worse. He was put in that hell hole by kaiser. He finally got out AMA. They never answer the phone so dont bother calling for update on loved ones status. There one big room everyone has to sit in all day long. People poop and pee in the chairs. The beds are hard as cement. The bathrooms..well lots of people dont shower cause the bathroom is filthy. Also they have showers on a timer. Hurry up cause water is gonna cut off. I wish I could have given 0 star. This is a living hell for concerning relatives. My relative got admitted on her own for three days, we never got a call from any doctor regarding his situation. There is no visiting and it is hard to get a phone call with him.

Horrible service from the nurses and doctors. They talk to you like your stupid and beneath them. They don't have anything for you to outside of scheduled times so no coloring or drawing u just sit there and stare at the tv. They messed up my documents saying i was gravely disabled and refusing treatment which is all not true. I participated in all the activities and even the hearing officer could see i'm not "gravely disabled". None of the therapy works. Kaiser sent me here while I was still trying understand where they are taking me. I didn't know what happened and why I was at the Hospital at this moment. This hell hole tried to first diagnose me as suicidal even though they didn't take a good look at my Medication and the drug reaction for surgery medication, shingles, and flu within a month time frame.
