I was here in June. With an 18year who has been suffering with depression and and anorexia. For one they have like 20 or 30 people in one unit and one nurse, and there was a creepy guy who kept coming in my room while I was sleeping. I was afraid every moment of my stay he was going to do something. But there's no staff to care. You can't get a hold of anyone there. I never met with a social worker until the last day I was there. The food was absolutely disgusting and literally looked like prison food that they blender there... read more

The doctors are complete control freaks. If you have family beliefs that they don't agree with, they force involuntary holds. After an hour or two of therapy, they think they know the patience so well they can come to a complete diagnosis despite what the patient or parent are trying to tell them. They are also so intent on putting teenagers on drugs, even if those drugs can make a teenager more suicidal. They don't even try to consider more natural solutions. My child voluntarily went in to make sure there wasn't as is... read more

No concern for what's best for their patients and care not what parents have to say. They would not release my daughter after a 5150 hold despite her assurance that she had no intent to hurt herself.

Seriously, who calls a depressed teenager crazy!!!! Dr Sholes admitted to me that he pushed my daughter's buttons and that's why she called him the b word, I'm not proud of that but want to write the whole story... why would u push the bu... read more

I called to reach a friend who has been in there for 10 day's. It happened to be the weekend before 1pm and there was no reception on duty! I was not told this! I was told "We have no patient by that name." I replied that this was not the 1st time I called. so they transferred me... and hung up. After calling back 3 times and getting the same run-around I decided to get in my car and make the 1hr drive down there. I arrived at 12:30 and rung the bell.... no-one answered. Security in the parking lot finally approached me a... read more
