Insurance scam, fuck this place lol. When I got there, there were patients who'd been there for months, no one was there for anything shorter than a 5250. Patients were only discharged if they couldn't afford to stay there. I was genuinely terrified they were gonna keep me there for months like most of the patients. There is literally nothing to do but watch TV. Food is gross, the vegetarian/lactose choices aren't any better. I lost so much weight while I was here. I was miserable here, I've been to multiple inpatient fa... read more

my old friend loved one ended up there by accident or transferred from another site which had no bed. One Doctor was competent and was serious about his work, but it was absolutely the worst healthcare experience i had ever heard of. The staff, nursing staff are rude and lazy, and the food are bad. Her cell phone was taken away in admission and was told it was lost at her discharge! Then 2 days later, it was found by 2 days later....How they can charge insurance company????

My kid stayed here. I'm going to be discreet and I dont want to say my kids name. But b4 my kid went to this facility my kid never had LICE till my kid stay here. When my kid got released my kid had lice and it was so hard to get rid of the lice. I dont know what the staff does here? Do they let the kids share combs hair products?? If your kid stay here better check their hair for lice. It's so frustrating dealing with lice. Must be dirty inside.

DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT go to this facility it is the worse I have ever encountered. The service it atrocious. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional!! I repeat unprofessional. The facility is filthy and uninhabitable. The patients are allowed to urinate and defecate on themselves and if the cleaning people are not there because they do not come every day it is left. The head of nursing and CEO does not return calls regarding your family member when you call to inquire about their well being when you can not get through ... read more

This was the worst hospital I've ever been forced in it was just like a old insane asylum people screaming scared and the staff was horrible they ignored the patients and often patients would be so drugged they would fall down and pee themselves, their was also blood all over the sink and wall in my bathroom from my roommate coughing up blood I complained about it but was ignored , the social worker didn't help with getting in touch with my counselor or psychiatrist and was useless it was a nightmare im complaining to the me... read more

I was not a patient here, but I my loved one was. This is my experience just trying to deal with the hospital. So first off, this is a lazy hospital full of lazy nurses and staff. I dropped off clothes for my loved one during visitation hour, and they are supposed to get it right after, the items get checked in during visitation. Well, my loved one never got her clothes for a full 14 hours after I dropped them off, and that was after declaring the items lost. Only after my calling over and over we're they able to get off t... read more

I was here in June. With an 18year who has been suffering with depression and and anorexia. For one they have like 20 or 30 people in one unit and one nurse, and there was a creepy guy who kept coming in my room while I was sleeping. I was afraid every moment of my stay he was going to do something. But there's no staff to care. You can't get a hold of anyone there. I never met with a social worker until the last day I was there. The food was absolutely disgusting and literally looked like prison food that they blender there... read more

The doctors are complete control freaks. If you have family beliefs that they don't agree with, they force involuntary holds. After an hour or two of therapy, they think they know the patience so well they can come to a complete diagnosis despite what the patient or parent are trying to tell them. They are also so intent on putting teenagers on drugs, even if those drugs can make a teenager more suicidal. They don't even try to consider more natural solutions. My child voluntarily went in to make sure there wasn't as is... read more
