I worked with Phong several years ago on a refi. I found a "better" deal elsewhere and followed that lead. Big mistake! I ended up having a horrible experience and gave up. Fast forward a year or so, Phong followed up with me. I explained what went wrong with the "other" lender and he came up with solutions that fit my unique situation. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable in his work. Very professional. Was reachable at almost any hour. Worked closely with me and all parties to make sure the loan would go through. I would recommend him in an instance. Kept us informed on the status of the load process. He assisted us on a previous loan a few years ago.
