Nothing but great things to say about Deion and team! My income is a little bit unique and many lenders really struggled to get something done for me. They were very professional and communicated with me step by step. Kristian was very friendly and professional. I worked with Phong several years ago on a refi. I found a "better" deal elsewhere and followed that lead. Big mistake! I ended up having a horrible experience and gave up. Fast forward a year or so, Phong followed up with me. I explained what went wrong with the "other" lender and he came up with solutions that fit my unique situation.
