I bought my car at Seminole Toyota in Sanford, FL on October 6th, and it has been one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. At first, things seemed fine — the salesman Nelson was polite and helpful when showing me the car. But after that, everything went downhill. It took them over an hour just to find the car keys, and then another 2–3 hours before they even started the financing paperwork. By the time we began signing documents, it was already around 8 PM. Even though it was late, I stayed patient and signed e... read more

Horrible dealership! !! I thought we would be sharing a good experience after initial conversations with sales person Hugo were good yesterday. We were looking at a specific used truck and were told it wouldn't be ready for a few days. Today the tone shifted a bit and they were pushing to close the deal. We spoke to the sales manager Joe Cioppa a couple times to confirm price and also confirm that the car would be ready to pick up today. We had an appointment scheduled and were in the car driving the 3 hrs and Joe called and... read more

Bad experience with Seminole Toyota Service. I had my 2020 Toyota Sienna service by Seminole Toyota on 8/5 for a coolant flush and oil change. I spent over $240 for this which I don’t mind if it’s done correctly. When I went to pick my vehicle up and drove it back to my house, I noticed the coolant was empty. Text my service advisor who said bring it back in so they can add more coolant. In addition my oil filter housing was leaking oil due to be torque on so tight. It damaged the seal and I had to purchase another oil filte... read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I purchased a used Jeep from Seminole Toyota less than a month ago, and while the sales experience initially felt positive (I even left a 5-star review at the time), the reality after the sale has been extremely disappointing. Since purchasing the vehicle, I’ve had to spend over $2,500 out of pocket on repairs—and have received no help, no follow-up, and no accountability from their team. I put $500 down, trusted that I was getting a reliable vehicle with warranty coverage, and instead have... read more

A Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Seminole Toyota I recently visited Seminole Toyota on Reinhardt Road on Thursday, May 15 with a friend, eager to explore their selection of Tundra SR5 trucks. One of the associates, Jayden, initially assisted us and showed us a few trucks. When we asked for pricing details, we were led inside, expecting a straightforward discussion. Unfortunately, what followed was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. A manager approached us and abruptly told us they had no S... read more

Ronnie sold my mother a 2022 Honda Accord about three weeks ago. As soon as she drove off the lot she noticed a strange noise coming from the front left wheel when making a sharp turn, she immediately (same day) notified Ronnie and was told to take it to Honda to have them look at it if she was concerned because the vehicle was still under warranty. Now, after having Honda inspect the car they have found almost $6k worth of unreported damages to the vehicle, including signs of a front collision that were not reported on the ... read more

We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had, and we understand your frustration with the situation. This is certainly not the level of service we strive for, and we take your concerns very seriously. As a reminder, we did offer multiple times to take a look at the vehicle to diagnose any safety concerns at no charge to you or your mother, but you refused to bring the vehicle in. We understand that some factors may prevent you from bringing the vehicle back, and our offer still stands up to 30 days after your mother'... read more
Typical car dealership experience that frustrates customers. This was my first experience with Seminole Toyota and it hasn't been good. They had a Tundra that I wanted, so I drove over from Volusia County to buy it. The sales staff were ok and we agreed on a price. This is where things started to go downhill. I told them I did not need financing as I would be paying for the truck. After all the paperwork was signed, they informed me that they could not accept my personal check for more than $50K and would not accept my Amex ... read more

I sold my car and wanted a refund on my Zaktek contract for the unused portion. I called 4 times in two weeks leaving messages to please call me back. Didn't get no call back. Called again ask for a supervisor, I was put on hold and never got to anyone. So I drove to the dealership, I was told they don't give refund on that, they don't want to transfer the contract to my new car either. When my husband said we will contact the BBB, the guy said "you do what you want we don't care". I see why, they have an F with the BBB. Don... read more

Had a great experience purchasing 3 vehicles from Seminole Toyota. I have had a very poor experience with the service department. The service advisors do not follow up, can’t complete things on same visit and forget to order your parts, etc. I live about an hour away from the dealership and have to return 3-4 times for something that should be done on 1 visit. Very disappointed with the service I have received after buying 3 vehicles in the last year and a half
