UNETHICAL DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND EXPERIENCE. I purchased a 2026 Camry . I was taken to finance office to complete transaction. The finance representative of Seminole Toyota offered me an extended warranty. I DECLINED IT TWICE EMPHATICALLY , DID NOT WANT IT !!!!!! . A week later I find out they added a $ 1,555 warranty that I declined twice ( they didn’t even explain the specifics of warranty or give a price ( EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE AND UNETHICAL) .Cant get anyone from management to call me back for a resolution!!!

I waited over 2 hours for the tire rotation with an appointment. It should have been less than 1 hour.

Wasn't the greatest customer service probably won't come back for a while Horrible experience Customer service not good

I waited at the dealership for 5 hours only for them to tell me they needed more time to diagnose the problem with my A/C. How are you not able to diagnose a problem in 5 hours?

Had issues they wouldn't call back. charged for things we didn't want.or need

I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment and at 2:05 I finally went to find out what was going on with my car. I was told that the mechanic didn’t refresh his computer screen so he didn’t work on my simple oil change. But not only did the mechanic fail me but my service person never checked on me or my car. I didn’t want to complain so I just waited. After I finally said something and eventually asked for a manager which he said was in a meeting. I purchased my vehicle from seminole Toyota. When I purchased a vehicle, there was a dent in the rim. I brought this to the attention of the sales person. Brian, he said that it was just a small dent. Now that I find out that my car has a bent axel. I Have not had the car for a year yet. They put the car on the line without having it inspected. Disappointed this visit. Oil change and tire rotation. No communication until after 5 hours, and a phone call from me, to tell me I should spend another $4500 on repairs. And a fee to use a credit card? It appears you may be trying to reduce your customer count.
