This dealership had only very early hours for what I needed serviced. Especially for a Saturday. Took a long time to be serviced even with an appointment.

I am not satisfied They did not have the parts and the day that the appt was made for the replace i loose my entire day just for inrresponsable people

Made an appt yet it took 2. 5 hrs to even start the vehicle. Service timing is very poor

I got an oil change the next more my garage has oil on the floor. It being a Sunday when it was discovered no one tried to help.

Refused to honor warranty for failing part. Service agent is always pissy and in a bad mood. Alternator confirmed by a second shop to be failing and "Toyota" said nothing is wrong with it. Same issue happened in 2018 and alternator failed in I-4. Always a horrible experience dealing with the service department at the Toyota dealership.

the work done is above average. honoring my mpp coverage leaves alot to be desired..my cameras were damaged through no fault of mine.they stopped working after going through a horrendous rain storm and water going over my roof .standing water that were deeper than puddles..basically I was called a liar and were not approved to be fixed. so im looking at other dealerships to trade my car in..but service center is awesome

low score due to not being able to get documentation on MPP VSC/Service Contract and MPP CARE/Maintenance that I purchased. Asked numerous times to several sources and still nothing

Over priced and zero help $90 for an oil change and the dealership has a offer for 9.99 oil change. Why not mention or offer it from start instead wait for the customer to ask. I would have probably done other recommended service if the oil change was offer what the dealership is offering

Glenn is the only reason I still go. No Glenn no go. Ridiculous you add a fee for credit cards.
