LOUSY CLIENT SERVICE. WILL NOT BE BACK This dealership is NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY. I am a returning customer that has always paid with my check that my husband has given them. All of a sudden I have to be there in person to sign the check??? So, when my husband called me, they were also not interested in either my driver's license information, or a credit card number OVER THE PHONE. Horrible Experience I would not trust a single person at this dealership. Internet sales man Scott Bohdman promised me a deal, had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours for said deal. I get there and am told by Mark Dalton that the deal was not promised and not feasible. Billy Simcox tells me that there are no Sienna LE's to be sold, they are gone. Let me reiterate that they had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours to their dealership with my 2 small children, 3 years old and 7 months old, for a deal they could not offer for a van they did not have.... read more

Second time in and I will not return. They have me drive a hour to look at a truck that was already in the works of being sold! I show up start to go for a test drive and they run out saying it's been sold? It's get better when they try and tell me the lady showed up and wrote a check as I sat there watching them do the paper work for the next hour......... BEWARE!! Took my brand new Altima to their Geico Express claims collision center to repair a hairline paint chip on the drivers side door. After about a week, noticed I could not adjust my power side mirrors anymore. Took the vehicle to the Nissan I purchased it from and they discovered that the wiring was disconnected for it and they used silicone to put in an aftermarket interior door handle cover since they broke the original. Quality customer service is a joke at this branch - avoid it This Saturday, I received a recall notice and was overjoyed to be able to set up an appointment for two days later. Sadly, the lax and inappropriate systems within the service department did not leave me feeling the same as I drove away. I arrived on time for my 10:00 appointment and was told that I would have to wait between an hour and a half and two hours. That part of their estimate was accurate. Never again! I went to David Maus Toyota as I believed their commercial slogan... We'll do whatever it takes to gain your business! WRONG! They had me there all day which I expected, that's how dealers do it. Finally they got me in a vehicle and I had been very clear with all of my information to them specially that my credit wasn't good and that I had been promoted to a higher position. Car buying This is the car dealership/sales person/sales manager in which they play games saying one thing then change and try to up sale you before you even get to dealership. It is unfortunate but their philosophy is constructed on the American showman Phineas Taylor Barnum statement, "There's a sucker born every minute." Great price, friendly salespeople NASTY Manager We came in the dealership to buy a Scion over the weekend and dealt with one of the younger salesmen. He was obviously new and had a lot to learn but he was very nice and did his best to help us. After walking us around the lot and looking at several different cars we went inside to get pricing on a few of them. "Whatever it takes" (including lies) I bought a vehicle from these guys on a lease to purchase option. I told the sales guy that if I was gonna buy this van instead of leasing another, that I wanted the back bumper repaired. So he gives me the "yeah sure, we'll take care of it. Just buy this warranty cause it covers everything and we'll get that fixed for you."
