This place is a complete joke! Everyone I had any communication with was unprofessional, unorganized, and rude. They do not care! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. They are better off going to prison as this is exactly how they will treat you and your loved one. Oh! and clothes or any items your bring in will get stolen. Terrible place! My family member was there - could not get the doctor to return a call for 10 days! Incompetence! They also only let 1 person in for visitation - so only 1 parent can go in to see a an adult fam member unless you have a dtr order for more than 1 visitor. The nurses were a mixed bag. The records feom my fam member are weak and not professional. Brought my fam member a bible and some color books-they got lost somehow for 2 days and then they "found the bag". When it comes to mental health and wellness, this hospital leaves people ​in the worst condition by neglecting basic necessities to a vulnerable population. Taking advantage of people with mental illness for profit is unethical putting both staff and patients at risk. The lack of compassionate care and unsafe working conditions is a failing business practice.

i was forced to listen to weezer. other than that it sucked. some kid was being rude and no staff talked to him about it. plus, the children's ward got split into two groups and we were forced to go into the adult section because there were too many of us for them to handle. got yelled at by staff and multiple patients were incredibly upset because yeah obviously.

for one the care at this place is horrendous. the nurses do not care about the patients and try to act as if they are doctors. there's always issues with medication they never know what's going on, they are rude and pick and choose who to be nice to. if you are trying to detox do not come here. they are straight pieces of shit. the nurses think they are bigger and better than the patients while we're in the most vulnerable state of our lives. most of the staff needs to be fired. doctors talk to you then don't dont put in ord... read more

i stayed there for a week in 2019. when they take you in they make you put all your jewelry in a bag and say you get everything back when you're discharged. one of the lady staff members was checking my body and noticed i still had my gold necklace on "oh did we miss that, you can't have that on, give it here and i'll put it with the rest of your things" i took my necklace off and handed it to her and watched her drop it in her pocket. after a week when i got discharged. i noticed my necklace wasn't in the bag. so i asked t... read more

I went into seven hills and came out ten times worse, the sheer amount of disrespect and assault, (physical assault and sexual assault) there was there was unbelievable. I had not eaten anything but salt packets for 5 days because the food was awful, speaking of awful they put you on so many new drugs to "help you" but it's terrible and doesn't help at all, PLUS!
