Shattered my windshield in transport. Didn't report it. Didn't offer to replace it. Cost me $350 to replace. Showed up at pickup location without notifying seller. Got ready to leave without car when seller just happened to pull up.
This company hired a driver that was not insured/bonded like they claimed they check for. Long story short the driver did not have the trailer hooked up correctly and was driving recklessly and totaled a vehicle I had on a flatbed. Then left it at a wrecker lot for almost 2 weeks without telling us what was going on. They kept sending fake updates "driver is on a mandated DOT break today" is a direct quote from this broker. This company lost track of my vehicle. Its currently 3 days past its delivery date. I contacted the company to notify them of the driver issues and they cannot locate the vehicle themselves. Through numerous calls back and forth I was insulted, berated and screamed at. He screamed, "I couldn't give a f*ck about your review! You have no power here and hung up during our final call I believe his name was ****.

Made reservations to have my car picked up on the 20th of May 2022 and the 21st at the latest with the broker/dispatcher. He understood that I would be moving out of town and needed to have my car picked up prior to me leaving. Took my $450 deposit. Then the driver called and told me he would not be able to pick up on either of those days. He would not be able to pick up until Sunday the 22nd.
