I was in a bind and Ship Your Car Now came to my rescue. I had a confirmed booking with another car transport company and they failed to perform. I had only one day to find an alternate company. JD Klein of Ship Your Car Now answered my desperate call. He put my mind at ease by arranging pick-up of my car the next morning and facilitated shipping it to Hawaii in a timely manner. I received my vehicle in good order and am grateful for the outstanding service from Ship Your Car Now, LLC.

The company was so attentive to my need They were very professional The livery driver went over my car with a fine tooth comb before he even loaded it It was a fantastic experience I was moving from Ohio to Los Angeles, and they parked my car in my space for me Amazing service

I requested transport of a new 2025 Bronco from Allentown, Pa. to Key Largo, Fla. While the vehicle arrived on time, the vehicle was delivered with a large puncture hole in the soft top roof. This damage was not noticed or disclosed when I signed the delivery paperwork. I found the damage the following day while washing the vehicle. I notified Linda at Shipyourcarnow and completed their claim form. I was notified that that are denying my claim because I accepted the vehicle and did not note the damage. This broker was hired to move 2 vehicles from a customer which paid the transportation in full with a credit card, they hired me to transport the vehicles and i never got paid, they scammed me.They are giving me all kind of excuses ,i contacted the customer to let it know about the issue, he will call them ,but as of today,after a month, i have not get paid I had to filed a nonpay claim through their surety bond but i still have no responses BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BE PART OF THEIR SCAMS TO COMPANY DRIVERS

As part of the agreementwhich he signed and acknowledgeddrivers are required to take photos of each vehicle at both pickup and delivery.In this case, the driver failed to take any delivery photos. I have transported my vehicles many times and Ive never had an issue, until this transport, My car was delivered in the worst shape Ive ever seen it in. The exterior was filthy as expected but after the caked on dirt was cleared, I saw the new scratches. Careful! This company will give you a good quote, agree to a quick delivery and get you to sign and pay. Then, they will NO SHOW WITH NO CONTACT TO YOU. When we called, they claimed mechanical issues and then made no further attempt to pick up the time sensitive vehicle. When we called to cancel because they did not pick up the vehicle, they would not refund our money. Their contract says no refunds due to mechanical issues, and the **** WAS COMPLETE.
