As a transporter i have dealt with many brokers. THIS COMPANY DID NO PAY me according to the terms of dispatch agreement. VIA THE ACCOUNTING **** Payment WAS TO BE 2 DAYS. This company lost track of my vehicle. Its currently 3 days past its delivery date. I contacted the company to notify them of the driver issues and they cannot locate the vehicle themselves. Through numerous calls back and forth I was insulted, berated and screamed at. He screamed, "I couldn't give a f*ck about your review! You have no power here and hung up during our final call I believe his name was ****.

THEY ARE THE WORST LIARS OF ANY BUSINESS I'VE EVER USED!!! THEY KEPT PROMISING ME THAT MY MOTORCYCLE WOULD BE PICKED UP "SOON" AND IT NEVER HAPPENED OVER A TIME OF 3 DAYS!!! THE REP. Made reservations to have my car picked up on the 20th of May 2022 and the 21st at the latest with the broker/dispatcher. He understood that I would be moving out of town and needed to have my car picked up prior to me leaving. Took my $450 deposit. Then the driver called and told me he would not be able to pick up on either of those days. He would not be able to pick up until Sunday the 22nd. The worst people to deal with they do not pay their carriers on time if at all. The owner is very disrespectful and even more disrespectful when they realize they are wrong. I would never deal with this company again BEWARE!!

I live in Seattle, WA. I'm buying a Cadillac Allante to add to my classic car collection. I reached out to this company for a shipping quote on shipping a car from Charlottesville, NC to Las Vegas, NV where I'm moving soon. I received a call in response to my inquiry.
