I requested transport of a new 2025 Bronco from Allentown, Pa. to Key Largo, Fla. While the vehicle arrived on time, the vehicle was delivered with a large puncture hole in the soft top roof. This damage was not noticed or disclosed when I signed the delivery paperwork. I found the damage the following day while washing the vehicle. This broker was hired to move 2 vehicles from a customer which paid the transportation in full with a credit card, they hired me to transport the vehicles and i never got paid, they scammed me.They are giving me all kind of excuses ,i contacted the customer to let it know about the issue, he will call them ,but as of today,after a month, i have not get paid I had to filed a nonpay claim through their surety bond but i still have no responses BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT BE PART OF THEIR SCAMS TO COMPANY DRIVERS

I have transported my vehicles many times and Ive never had an issue, until this transport, My car was delivered in the worst shape Ive ever seen it in. The exterior was filthy as expected but after the caked on dirt was cleared, I saw the new scratches. Careful! This company will give you a good quote, agree to a quick delivery and get you to sign and pay. Then, they will NO SHOW WITH NO CONTACT TO YOU. When we called, they claimed mechanical issues and then made no further attempt to pick up the time sensitive vehicle. When we called to cancel because they did not pick up the vehicle, they would not refund our money. Their contract says no refunds due to mechanical issues, and the **** WAS COMPLETE. Everything went smooth, until it did not. **** ******** handled my booking and apparently handed it over to his ***** ***** ********* (avoid working with this person at all costs). After sending off my vehicle, I followed up repeatedly with both **** and ***** to check on the delivery status; **** would reply, asking ***** for an update, and no response. Clearly new car got a paintless dent. Driver said he walked around and took pics to upload. They stopped my car off in a dirt median and car was filthy. I didnt care about that. Ten minutes later went to wash it. Say a paintless dent. Called dealer. Their photos showed no dent. Magically only one bad angle photo from their driver was provided and blames me for not taking enough photos. I assumed the drivers photos was fine but then just one poor angle. So now Im fixing a dent they caused.
There was little, to no communication, unless it was initiated by **** would not recommend them to anyone.
