Worst experience. Manager was handling food, and working on computer, and conducting job interviews all during my short visit, never once washing her hands. Crab claws taste like they fried with flour, no seasoning what so ever, fish not fried hard enough, unflavored, undercooked, never stopping by this location again.
Food generally good other than onion rings very greasy. Priced a little high especially for carryout with the expectation for a 15-20% tip (tip expectations circled on receipt). Why so much? That's what a server gets for spending 45-60 minutes with a table. Additionally, no cutlery put into carryout bag. Hard to eat coleslaw without a fork.
They don't deserve a star! Horrible experience! The manager Daniel should be fired. Enough said!
horribly slow service. waitresses could not move slower if they tried. I thought they must have road tripped to the gulf coast to get our food. they need more training and better management.
Seated very quickly; however, it took right around an hour to get our food. The wait was horrible.
The kids meals are a rip off!!! $6.00 for a kids meal and that does not include a drink! The drinks are $2.19. So basically a kids meal is as much as adult meals! Highly disappointed!!!!!
