I've been a patient at Smiley Dental in Beverly for a few years. The Doctors and staff have always been professional and kind. The most recent visit with Dr. Hovhannes was Exceptionally beyond any medical appointment in my past. His manner with patients is Outstanding! He explains everything, shows you the x-rays and answers any questions you have with patience and respect. I really felt involved in my own dental care for the first time. I was absolutely taken aback and astounded with the amazing treatment I received here. From the moment I walked in I was received with open arms. Their lead assistant Jesslyn made me feel comfortable with the procedures that they were performing on me and explained them every step of the way. I went to the dentist to the first time in 4 years (I know YIKES!) But, only 4 cavities and my only cavities for almost 40 years old. Anyway when choosing my dentist I chose carefully and I'm glad I did. After telling them I'm deathly afraid of needles, Dr. YAN & assistants Natania, Stella and Tieka were all absolutely amazing to say the least! This dental office stole almost $300 from me. I am not really one to write reviews, but this company has so many positive reviews I am sure they are buying some. I worked as a freelancer over COVID and these companies do hire people to boost their google ratings by buying positive reviews. I went because my wisdom teeth were bothering me and I wanted to get them looked at. I have dental insurance and my copay was only $20. I paid almost $300 out of pocket AND they charged my insurance the full amount (almost $300). The denta... read more

I left them a review on Google and they had it deleted. They scammed multiple people that I know and then refused to return their calls. It is very easy to see that they buy good reviews and delete reviews of people who criticize them. Shame on you, "smiley" dental.
