The Dentist I saw was wonderful. The Office staff makes this a place I can not return to. They have failed at every step of t he way. First they failed to properly document insurance information I gave them and as a result told me it was too late in the day to call the insurance company which meant that I would need to pay out of pocket then request a reimbursement from my dental insurance, only after I insisted that was not acceptable for 10 minuets did they make the effort to figured out how to properly process it. I want to thank the staff at Smiley Dental for such great service. Dr. Masanel was very accommodating. He listened to my wants and needs and created a treatment plan based on what needed to be done now and what could wait. Bryanna, the receptionist, was also great! She comforted me while I was in pain. Bryanna went above and beyond to talk to both my grandmother and I about payment options. She even got us a discount! Smiley Dental is the place to be if you are looking for high-end dental care!
I would definitely recommend this place! Everyone is super nice and they do a great job!!
It was a great experience
He was very nervous about getting a needle. As most 8 year olds would be. The staff there not only made him feel comfortable they have him a very positive experience.

The staff at Dr. Dental on Bridge street is amazing. Dr. Kershey, is the most caring dentist I have ever met. She takes her patients care personally. My daughter is 26 and had serious medical issues that caused her to have serious dental problems. Dr. Kershey fitted her for dentures. There aren't enough words to describe the tremendous care she has given to my daughter. My daughter was so frightened at the thought of having dentures at such a young age.
