If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional late to the 2 appointments I had (excuse was stuck in traffic both times), they have at least one rude receptionist and the office manager never returned my phone call. By all means use them if you want to be treated poorly and receive imo second rate care

Very welcoming staff, very clean dental office who follow Covid guidelines . Dentist is wonderful, very knowledgeable, all about saving teeth which I appreciate. I am anxious having dental work done, the dentist at Smiley Dental has a lovely, calming, confident, and gentle approach and constantly checked in that Iam comfortable, pain- free during root canal procedure. I feel safe and confident with this practice and recommend them. Happy I found you and you take Mass Health. Thank you all.

Things were great until a mismatched crown was cemented and “nothing could be done about it”. Was promised a refund so I can get the work redone elsewhere. I have not received a refund nor any clear communication as to when I will be expecting anything back. I have reached out to both the Dental office and the owner Rahul (Rick) Khanna. Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shade of your crown. You clearly approved the shade and gave Doctor the consent. There are standard shades of crown and you made a big deal for nothing after approving the shade and getting a crown inserted. We have offered to send the crown back to the lab and give you a NEW CROWN FOR NO EXTRA COST but you are insisting for a 100% refund just because you have the crown in your mouth and you want a freebie now. I have a daughter who has MASS HEALTH and was in extreme pain and I spent hours just trying to find a dental facility that would take her dental insurance and see her. Not only was Smiley dental extremely helpful but Shannon was so kind and seemed genuinely concerned and she got her an appt. within hours. They found my daughter had an abscess and an infection going into her nerves. I started going here when Dr. Chung was the dentist and he was the absolute BEST. A few weeks ago I gad an abscess from an infected tooth so I made an appointment. The new dentist was SO rude and unprofessional. She told me my abscess would go away on it's own and prescribed me NO antibiotics for the infection. She is HORRIBLE. Go anywhere else but there.

Friendly staff. answered all my questions. Love that the rooms have Tvs. The doctor was very nice and make sure to show my X-Ray and explain everything to me, the black lady front desk was nice,fantastic, amazing customer services, I was thirsty as hell she bring some water to me. Really happy worthy my first visit and pull it up my teeth without feeling no pain.
