I went to the dentist to the first time in 4 years (I know YIKES!) But, only 4 cavities and my only cavities for almost 40 years old. Anyway when choosing my dentist I chose carefully and I'm glad I did. After telling them I'm deathly afraid of needles, Dr. YAN & assistants Natania, Stella and Tieka were all absolutely amazing to say the least! This dental office stole almost $300 from me. I am not really one to write reviews, but this company has so many positive reviews I am sure they are buying some. I worked as a freelancer over COVID and these companies do hire people to boost their google ratings by buying positive reviews. I went because my wisdom teeth were bothering me and I wanted to get them looked at. I have dental insurance and my copay was only $20. I left them a review on Google and they had it deleted. They scammed multiple people that I know and then refused to return their calls. It is very easy to see that they buy good reviews and delete reviews of people who criticize them. Shame on you, "smiley" dental.Ā

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unprofessional late to the 2 appointments I had (excuse was stuck in traffic both times), they have at least one rude receptionist and the office manager never returned my phone call. By all means use them if you want to be treated poorly and receive imo second rate careĀ

Very welcoming staff, very clean dental office who follow Covid guidelines . Dentist is wonderful, very knowledgeable, all about saving teeth which I appreciate. I am anxious having dental work done, the dentist at Smiley Dental has a lovely, calming, confident, and gentle approach and constantly checked in that Iam comfortable, pain- free during root canal procedure. Things were great until a mismatched crown was cemented and ānothing could be done about itā. Was promised a refund so I can get the work redone elsewhere. Hi Alex, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the shade of your crown. You clearly approved the shade and gave Doctor the consent. There are standard shades of crown and you made a big deal for nothing after approving the shade and getting a crown inserted. We have offered to send the crown back to the lab and give you a NEW CROWN FOR NO EXTRA COST but you are insisting for a 100% refund just because you have the crown in your mouth and you want a freebie now. I have a daughter who has MASS HEALTH and was in extreme pain and I spent hours just trying to find a dental facility that would take her dental insurance and see her. Not only was Smiley dental extremely helpful but Shannon was so kind and seemed genuinely concerned and she got her an appt. within hours. They found my daughter had an abscess and an infection going into her nerves.
