I started going here when Dr. Chung was the dentist and he was the absolute BEST. A few weeks ago I gad an abscess from an infected tooth so I made an appointment. The new dentist was SO rude and unprofessional. She told me my abscess would go away on it's own and prescribed me NO antibiotics for the infection. She is HORRIBLE. Go anywhere else but there.

Love that the rooms have Tvs. The doctor was very nice and make sure to show my X-Ray and explain everything to me, the black lady front desk was nice, fantastic, amazing customer services, I was thirsty as hell she bring some water to me. They pulled a molar while it was abscessed. I was in so much pain for days. Had to go to urgent care for antibiotic. She thought this was funny. I'm not smiling
My mother appointment was cancel 1 minute after the 10 minute policy after I call them that I will be few minute late which I thought was unnecessarily for them to tell me after I’m on my way already , she is 72 years old disable , which would also add more time for me to take her out the car and bring her in the office really needed her appointments she was in pain and needed to be seen I drove 30 minutes there and was told that cannot be seen by doctor because of that of course I was piss who wouldn’t , there was no patie... read more

Hello, i am so sorry to hear about that situation. Which office location did you have the appointment with?
Was at Smiley Dental but was not smiling. I was very disappointed to find out Dr Chung was no longer at this location. To make matters worse, I am told my Harvard insurance is no longer acceptable. I can’t believe I was not informed before the day of my appointment. Luckily I found out where Dr Chung is now. I am now a new patient at that Wareham location. Major loss for Smiley loosing him.
I had an emergency appointment booked for my son for chipped teeth from an accident. He came home from college for a visit and for this appointment. The appointment was confirmed on Saturday and I received a reminder text this morning. The office was closed when we arrived. This is very disappointing and I will never recommend this office.
