I had a major issue with the original construction manager, Elliot. He was rude, condescending and racist, but we got the situation cleared up, and that is the reason for the 4 instead of 5.
Smith Douglas Homes - Atlanta are very knowledgeable, they are always there if you have any questions. The quality of the home is good, it may not be 100%, but it is still good. If you need something, they are there for you.
