Smith Douglas has been so wonderful to work with from start to finish. The thing we loved most was how available everyone was. Whenever we reached out, we got an answer fairly quickly. The time frame form start to finish was also very accurate.
Chris, the builder, is AMAZING!!!!! He made it clear he is here for us while they continue to build the community and also after he is gone. I feel like he really understands us as customers and really really cares about our experience and concerns.

When I signed up with Smith Douglas it was from a background of having built several custom homes. This had me starting from a different page and it took some adjustment from that to a mass build. Once that transition was behind me it was a smooth process.
