Overall, a positive experience with Smith Douglas Homes. Their team was helpful, the build went smoothly, and we're really enjoying our new house.
The quality of work for a new construction, the use of space in the home, materials used are good quality.
My Mother said my house doesn’t look cheap, like a lot of other builders
Everyone involved in the process was amazing!
No. A lot of cheap materials being used that shouldn't be used on different parts of the home and once you close on your home you are forgotten when having issues.
My wife and I are very pleased with our home so far! Our construction manager, Travis and his team(s) did a phenomenal job with our home and we enjoyed every interaction with him.
Well built home in a good location at a fair price.
We closed on our new Smith Douglas home in Capstone Estates in July 2026, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Amanda Cox and the team were responsive throughout, and the warranty process has been straightforward. Would recommend to anyone building new in the Chattanooga area.
