Functional attractive design and beautiful material choices
Love my house. Well laid out. Laundry room is smaller than I would like and shelves are too high for an older woman.

I have a couple of jobs, but one job was in insurance as an underwriter for commercial accounts. Most general contractors that do tract homes like Smith Douglas, Lennar, and Adams Builders typically in the past, I have always found they didn't have the same quality as a custom home builder. I will be honest, I was proven wrong with the home we purchased from Smith Douglas. This is very high quality.
