The houses are affordable, but the AC needs extra air force in the smaller bedrooms.

Based on my experience, I would be unlikely to recommend Smith Douglas Homes – Chattanooga to a friend. The overall quality and attention to detail did not meet my expectations for a new construction home. However, the lead salesperson Suzette was amazing!
