The neighborhood at Magnolia Trail
The SDH team was wonderful. They were kind and patient throughout the home-buying process. I appreciate the fact that they were readily available to answer any questions that I had (and I had plenty!) The homes are beautiful and the growing neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.
My new home is stunningly beautiful and well built.
Good experience however needs improvement with inside drywall and molding and painting.
This was a very easy and straight forward process.

One issue is that we live in Texas, and the trucks are big; the garage is too small to fit my truck.
