This is my third new home purchase. Smith Douglas was spot on the closing date. There is always a projection but they do a great job of keeping the portal updated when the next phase of construction is completed. They actually closed on the projected closing date. The projects manager and his team are exceptional. If you have a punch out claim, they will come and take care of it right away.thanks!

I enjoyed the process with Smith Douglas Homes. It was not very smooth. I ran into little difficulties here and there, but they handled them quickly, and I am satisfied with the outcome.
I was very pleased with your agent Ross he was very professional and was great with my kids. Even after the purchase of the home Ross still stops by to just see how things are going. He truly cares about his customers. And the way they designed the layout and utilized the space of the house. Thank you for caring and listening to all of are needs.
I am still learning about my home, and I have noticed certain flaws. I am waiting for these issues to be corrected. I cannot give a positive response at this time. That is where I stand right now.
