The whole process was smooth and easy.
Honestly the people we've encountered in our build process and now with the warranty issues (all minor) have been great - friendly and knowledgeable. We see the builder and the sales agent from time to time and they are still friendly with us.
My experience was top-notch. I had no clue about the process and no realtor, so they walked me through everything. If I had any questions, I was welcome to call for clarity.

My issue is that Smith Douglas Homes didn't properly installl the sod. The grass is terrible. I have been trying to contact someone and I haven't heard back.
I am very pleased with Smith Douglas at this time. I had an issue with significant damage to my driveway. Smith Douglas addressed my concerns and were able to accommodate me. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from them regarding this issue. Jonathan was fantastic throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, he always kept me updated on what was going on, and was very professional. Because of this customer service I would consider buying another Smith Douglas Home in the future.
