Smith Douglas Homes (specifically Jeanette, Kathy, and Andrew) were knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and friendly. The price of the house was perfect and the quality is excellent. They made the building process a breeze.
I loved the value for the quality of the home I received! I could not find this amount of personalization for the price I paid with any other builder in the area.
They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the process super easy and fluid so we did not have any delays or hiccups.

SDH was always responsive. In most areas, the house was as shown and ordered. There were a couple items that could have been more quality workmanship. I am satisfied with the house.
Builder team, yes would recommend but office team I would not recommend
I was buying from out of state and I was kept up to date on each and every step.
