It really depends on the builder. The homes are fine, but it depends on the builder that is building them.
My experience was okay. I purchased my house with cash. Some things were supposed to be fixed, but they haven't been. The sod is 12 feet from the house. Some things went well, and some things did not. They skipped my house with sod, but everyone who closed after me got extra sod, and the lady who closed before me doesn't have that issue. We've been calling about the heat, but they haven't returned our call. I spoke with the contractor, and he is supposed to come back and fix the caulking, which is thinning, but he hasn't com... read more
The home specialist, Michelle Reyes was amazing! She made our family feel welcome and she was very knowledgeable. You could call/text and she would answer in a timely manner. Our family valued her explaining the entire process and putting us at ease.
