The sales/building specialist, Patty, was very helpful throughout the entire experience and made the process less stressful. She checked in with me, giving me updates and making sure the decisions I made were choices I wanted. I wasn't pressured into making any decision. For example, if there was another home being built that had the flooring I was interested in, she took me there to look at it to make sure it was what I wanted. It is a good house, but the way the quality is done on the inside is really quick and crappy. I had to pay extra for all these black features, but they all have paint all over them. I am just not happy how they rushed through the house. Whoever came in here and did the paint, rushed and did not use the blue tape. It is a good house, I just don't think I would use them again.
The customer service from the team at Varnell Preserve was beyond amazing from start to finish! This has felt like building a family rather than a home.
