Great experience from beginning to end. We had concerns with the quality of the house given how quickly the houses are built, however, the quality exceeded our expectations.
In a nut shell, the internet will scare you and give you nightmares about buying a new home. Not with SDH! I can't be certain that everyone will have the same experience but I would definitely recommend anyone to look into SDH. The homes are built well. Everyone has been great to work with, including the partnered financial institutions.
Victoria, the salesperson, and Jim, the builder, are both awesome.

Smith Douglas has been so wonderful to work with from start to finish. The thing we loved most was how available everyone was. Whenever we reached out, we got an answer fairly quickly. The time frame form start to finish was also very accurate.
Chris, the builder, is AMAZING!!!!! He made it clear he is here for us while they continue to build the community and also after he is gone. I feel like he really understands us as customers and really really cares about our experience and concerns.
