We are very happy with our new home. They are very attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions in a timely matter.
What I loved the most about my experience was the one-on-one attention I received from the SDH staff. I first visited the Austell home sight in January of 2025. I met Khalilah Harrington and from that day through closing (even beyond!) I felt like I was the center of attention. She kept me informed, updated and in the loop of everything that was going on as my home was being built. The knowledge of the contractor Hunter and Tony, the salesman who helped us throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job.
The customer service was amazing, as far as all the Representees. The properties were very well built and very efficient. I just highly recommend them to look at Smith Douglas Homes where you can invest and live.
