SDH offered a great move in offer. ShaKoya the Community Manager was always readily available and willing to assist with any questions or issues. Cosmetic and electrical issues to home and community could have been reviewed more closely.

I loved how passionate both Katherine and John are about what they do. You can truly tell that they love their jobs. For this to be my first time purchasing a house they went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me feel great about this huge decision.
The overall process was easy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The contractors were good and quick to help you during final walk through marking anything that needed fixed before closing.

Two weeks later, he left for a different job, but provided me with his replacement's contact information. I spoke with this agent, and he was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional and responsive.
