I think the best thing that could be done, would be to increase or allow direct communication between the Builder and customer without having to go through a sales agent, especially if a customer requested it, simply because some of us, like myself, have experience in construction, therefore allowing for better communication and understanding whereas having to go through a middleman can cause confusion, delay communication, and things may not be translated and understood the same.
