We are in love with our new home, everything we chose to put into our home has exceeded our expectations!
The reason I would recommend Smith and Douglas is for a few reasons, but mainly because how easy it was to work with Eric and Grant. From the first day we meet Grant he walked us thru everything we needed to know about the process, answered any questions we had and once we sat down and built the house (which was most stressful part because we were so indecisive) we didn’t have to do anything really afterwards. The service is excellent and the quality of the build is superb.
Smith Douglas Homes - Houston was easy to work with, had an honest approach to moving from out of state, and they did everything they said they were going to do.
For someone needing a good first home or a quick move in, I would highly recommend.
The home we purchased is very comfortable for us. The like the fact that all of downstairs is handicap accessible.
I’ve been having problems with my breakers, every time I run the garbage disposal the breaker trips
