Everything went smoothly with Smith Douglas Homes. When I first started looking for homes, I spoke with the office agent, and he was ok. Two weeks later, he left for a different job, but provided me with his replacement's contact information. I spoke with this agent, and he was able to answer all of my questions and was very professional and responsive.

It was timely. It was done in a timely manner. Everything was professional. I was always kept informed.
If I wanted an Ethernet cable added to my house or wanted a little extra upgrade, because my house (base model) could not be modified in any other way even if I wanted to spend the extra money. In my initial walkthrough. I addressed my concerns and the needs to repair. On my initial closing day, the house was not completely READY. Smith Douglas was easy to work with and helped lay out options well. I would recommend them to others.
When I got the place, it was nice, and they did a good job. The only issues that I had were more on the subcontractors work with the doors not latching and the paint job. I think Smith Douglas Homes could vet their subcontractors more deeply to make sure that they are doing what they are supposed to with the homes.
