I believe the home is sturdy, and as such, I had many possibilities for the house, but the salesperson did not allow us enough time to make our decisions. My salesperson did not adequately help or coach me on the options, we had to rush. The sales rep did not respond after the closing, and my real estate agent had to reach out to her. She did not send me information on the HOA. I did not get a closing gift either. I am unhappy with my representative. The option sheet is complicated, and I was not coached on my options.
We had a great experience from beginning to end with the whole Smith Douglas team, builders and customer service side. Grant kept us up to date on all phases of construction with photos and videos. Jordan explained all warranties, answered all questions and made sure we were satisfied with end result. Highly recommend!
