At the end of the day, I would recommend Smith Douglas but only because of Mike Brigham and how hard he works his behind off to make things right. This is probably going to be one of the lengthiest surveys you have received, and I hope this is taken seriously and areas of concern are addressed. We got very concerned when we first joined the Facebook page for the neighborhood and saw all the issues new owners were having.
Everybody was wonderful and helpful
From start to finish of the building process, Jeanette was our biggest cheerleader and guide to make sure our budget was considered and our home build was moving along. She was an excellent communicator, which made the whole building and moving process that much better. Kathy was also really thorough in ensuring the quality of our home build was top-tier. She was detail-oriented and cared about any concerns we brought up during walkthroughs and addressed them immediately- some while we were still with her.
Our Smith Douglas Home became home very quickly. We have found quality in the construction and representatives.

Very responsive to all communications, upfront and straightforward on options and pricing, with great options/add-ons to choose from! The timeline for our build was clearly presented through the convenient online portal, adjusting as the home progressed through construction.
