Style and finish of home was excellent
I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes if you have a good agent, but I went through three different sales agents, and they all told me different things. I ended up with bath tile that I never picked. So, I recommend them, but only if you can keep the same team the whole time.
It's a nice place, but they construct it so fast that they don't really do a great job. They don't check their work to make sure things are right before they let someone move in. I have had to have multiple spots fixed on the walls, floor pieces replaced, doors not aligned. Parts of the driveway is forming holes.
Victor and Katherine have been very helpful in our move to Jersey Park. They have assisted us with every aspect of the move.
All employees I encountered were very professional and knowledgeable about their business. Friendly and helpful with this first time homebuyer!
The house is quality. They took care of any issues we had. Very happy with our purchase.
