The team at SDH-Raleigh, Jim and Bobby, were exceptionally outstanding. They treated us like we were family and continue to check-in with us post closing to ensure that we are satisfied. Overall just a great experience.
The construction team was amazing. The on site agent was not.
Timely and efficient building. The process was not overwhelming at all.
I love my new home and it was a good experience for me. Got a lot of good perks with the home
