Great house. I needed a quick closing and the process advanced at a time frame that worked.

Smith Douglas Homes is a very nice community with the way that they control things, and the house is very nice in how they lay it out. We're older, and it's one of the few that was able to give us the amount of space on a one story home that able to accommodate coming from a 2 story down.
This is our second “new home” with SDH. We love the people (Rayna Jepsen); we have purchased both homes from Rayna. We love the SDH quality Branding and home plans.
We were treated with the upmost respect and we actually enjoyed our process. We didn't have any issues and were very satisfied with the outcome.
Disappointed with the timing of completing my punch out list. Still yet to be completed.
