They worked with me on what I wanted with my house
A very excellent and customer centered experience. Very nice homes.
We have already recommended them to others.
For the price point of my home, Smith Douglas offers exceptional quality and value.
I’m very pleased with my Smith Douglas Home. It was exactly what I needed at this point in life. I would love to have made been able to make more decisions about the home, but I understand the economics of that and except those.
The homes are nice. Good floorplan options. Good communication throughout the process.
Smith Douglas made what can be a very stressful experience much smoother and we are thrilled with the final results. We are enjoying our new home and feel its value is excellent.
I like the process and how you can adjust you dream house the way you needed
Have already recommended Smith Douglas to a few family members. My wife and I are very satisfied with our purchase.
