Everyone was really helpful. We had help every step of the way.
Nearly everything was enjoyable except for the resolution around the disagreement around the contract.
The process from beginning to end was smooth. I was updated every step of way, Shakoya kept me updated with photos and videos of the progress of my build. She answered all questions in a timely manner.

I am so pleased with the decision to purchase a home by Smith Douglas. Kathy was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. The process was as smooth as buying a new home could be. I am very appreciative of the flexibility all parties had during my purchase as well. The walk-thru's offered prior to closing were extremely helpful as well. Joseph was very informative and helpful during the entire process.
Our builder, Dana, was excellent. They were very transparent and let us walk through the house whenever we liked as long as we gave them a heads-up.
The quality of the build is really good, and the pricing was very affordable.
