I loved working with Liam Faulk, our builder, and Ms Cathy Peppers, our realtor.
I like how hands-on and knowledgeable the representatives of the builders were.
Very easy to work with and homes are well built.
The selected neighborhoods are great, and the options available are quite decent. However, the quality of some of the materials used could be significantly improved.
Jeanette’s overall knowledge of the purchase to build to closing was impressive and very helpful in our decision to buy. The entire process was seamless, and as an out of state purchaser, that was a caveat.
It was a very smooth and easy process, from the sale agent Patty to the construction manager Eric. I would recommend.

The home has great finishes and the staff have all been friendly & helpful. Beginning with our sales experience, Michelle was polite and accommodating in our requests to come visit the home frequently as it was being built. She answered the questions we asked and referred us to Dawson for any she could not. Post sales, Dawson has been an amazing resource to work with. I would recommend Smith Douglas Alabama to any friend 10x over. My experience was so effortless and easy! But honestly it was the customer service that gives them a 5 star rating. Especially Tony and Hunter! I would do this process all over again if I got the opportunity to work with those two again!
