They are extremely efficient. They answered all my questions. They made the process for me very easy. It was my first time buying a home, so a part of me being apprehensive about buying a home was not being familiar with the home buying process. Smith Douglas really helped my wife and I through the process and made it easy.
Very smooth process from contract to closing.
Kizech, the salesperson we were working with, was extremely patient. We asked him the same question multiple times, but it didn't deter him or exhaust him, he still answered. He was accessible via text or phone calls. I know he's busy, but he always got back with us. He is a very respectful young man.
Ian, Sallie and Kyle were amazing to work with. Devin in the warranty department has gone above and beyond to help me through the warranty process.

At the end of the day, I would recommend Smith Douglas but only because of Mike Brigham and how hard he works his behind off to make things right. This is probably going to be one of the lengthiest surveys you have received, and I hope this is taken seriously and areas of concern are addressed. We got very concerned when we first joined the Facebook page for the neighborhood and saw all the issues new owners were having.
