I do love the modern upgrades and the open floor plans. I have had some issues come up that have not been resolved yet .
Lara and Matt are the best! Not too pushy and gave us space to make a decision on our own. Closing was a breeze. I definitely recommend Smith Douglas and will probably look at their homes for our next move in the future!

The home is pretty well built. We didn't really have any issues, except for some painting. It is pretty well built. We just had a few issues with it. They had to come back in and paint stuff. Overall, the bathrooms were beautiful, the living areas were big, and we got to pick our own lot that backed up to the woods. They did a nice job on the home, and the construction manager and his assistant were really, really helpful.
I love my house, but I was under contract 10 months before I actually closed. Also, our sales rep changed like 5 times over the 10 months.
