A few years ago, we had a very bad experience with another builder... however ; Smith Douglas did not disappoint!!! They kept the lines of communication open and walk with us every step of the way. Excellent, attentive, professional staff. This my first home purchased on my own and S/D made it seem less. All of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend your company.
I am very satisfied with my home and the customer service that I received. I have not had any issues with anything in my home as of today. I would have given them a 5 star except there were quite a few areas that were marked for a touch up that were not done.
It was great until the final walk through and dealing with the warranty process.
