I had a great experience working with the customer service representatives and the people who built the home. It was a very easy process and very satisfactory.
The construction manager, Mr. West, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in attending to my questions and concerns. He explained everything in layman's terms, so I understood the process. He went over everything from the operation of the appliances to the exterior of the property. The house was completed promptly. I was very pleased.

The construction team and Eric's team was great. The only reason I gave a four is due to the sales department's lack of knowledge on the options, and we were not offered certain things. We were not educated properly as a first-time home builder.
