I am recommending current family , friends and colleagues in my school district that is in the position to purchase and/or build a home to do so with Smith Douglas.
My fiance and I are very happy with our new home and the process of purchasing, building, and moving in. My brother and his wife were similarly impressed with our home and we already strongly recommended Smith Douglas Homes to them. As of the writing of this review, they just today purchased a Smith Douglas home in our neighborhood!
Working with Smith Douglas was easy, all employees in this particular community are professional and communicate effectively. There were some upgrades that I wish were communicated.
Our home was definitely a value for the quality of the build.
Smith Douglas overall builds a quality house and is very thorough.
Mejorar en los detalles de las terminaciones, mucha pintura en la alfombra, falta de sellador en área exterior y entró agua a la casa. El cemento de la entrada no quedó uniforme.
I am likely to recommend due to the seller Michelle. I had nothing but a great experience with her.
I enjoyed that they cared enough about me and what I was /am dealing with personally. They were very sympathetic and I am grateful for all they have done and continue to do. Hunter and Brittany are the best and they are the top reasons I would recommend Smith Douglas Homes.
Have recommended to friends and family.
