I’ve told a few people about Smith Douglas homes
Although the Sales Manager - Greg was great, I am having difficulty with getting things fixed in the home that are aligned to the build.
I am likely to recommend Smith Douglas to friends and family they have a great team!
As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of reservations and nerves making a huge financial investment. SDH eased all of my nerves and made the whole building and buying process palpable. I would recommend SDH anyone wanting to take control of their home buying and design, I am very happy with my home!
All discrepancies were resolved in a timely manner and communication was exceptional!
Sheila and Brandon were very helpful throughout the whole process.
Smith Douglas has been responsible and also on point to meet my expectations.
Building materials, structure and size.
