SDH has overall been a good company to build with, especially as a first-time homeowner. The houses aren't too elaborate but you can absolutely get a nice home, with good craftsmanship, and quality parts/fixtures/etc. The people have all been great to work with as well (Chris, Tiffanie, and updates throughout the building process was provided. The process was quick and straight forward!
We had a real good experience with Smith Douglas Homes. We started with one sales representative, and they were great. When we moved to Morgan Landing, the salesperson, Natalia Lanigan, we didn't get along with her, and she was rude to us. We had to ask for a new representative. Beyond that one representative, everything with Smith Douglas Homes was fantastic.
Everything went in a timely manner. All questions and concerns were addressed. Good value.
