All the food is wonderful, shocking to my belief that it would be that good. Doing this type of weight loss takes away the frustration of prepping too much and has made it completely easy for me to stay on track. The office crew are all very friendly and eager to help you with anything you need and give advice to help you obtain your goals. I can't speak highly enough about the Fort Worth location.
I am just starting on the program so I am excited to see what results I achieve within 12 weeks.

Every team member i worked with was very encouraging, they hold you accountable with honest conversation but they are not rude or condescending.
Staff was great. Becca and Colton were very knowledgeable and detailed the program very well. Answered all my questions completely and gave me a great push start to begin the program.
Losing weight...looking better...feeling better and having more energy, that's my 2022 goal and I am well on may way to achieving that goal thanks to SOTA Weight Loss and Nutrition. It's really helped me realize we don't need all the fatty food we shove into our pie-holes. Thanks SOTA and I can't wait to reach my ultimate goal of dropping 35 pounds.
