This has been a good experience so far for me. Even when a fall off the wagon a bit, I continue to go on the downward. Love the encouragement the staff provides.
A lot of you may be struggling to lose weight or think you’re too old, too out of shape or whatever but I am 48 years old and in February of 2020 I lost over 100 lbs with SOTA and have kept it off now for almost a year. I used the Fort Worth office and all of the different nutritionists were so helpful and supportive AND knowledgeable and they helped me even go past the goal and I meet with them monthly to check in and keep my weight at a healthy weight. After letting go 50lbs I’ve reached maintenance portion of the program—which can be a little challenging. Every time I go in to sota for weigh ins, I feel supported, encouraged, and my challenges are normalized. Sota is how you loose fat and keep it off—beyond what I could have imagined .
