Great experience, losing over 100 lbs in about 8 months. Great help from friendly staff to get to and maintain my goal weight.
Almost two years in maintenance…had some stress in my life and found myself gaining 3-4 pounds. Good weigh-in with review and guidance on how to get back in sync. After two days I’m seeing results. The continued attention SOTA has provided while I am in maintenance really works.

SOTA is such a great program for getting back on track and where you want to be. I lost 50lbs and have managed to keep almost all of it off a year after going in to the maintenance program. The maintenance program is my favorite part because a year later I still feel like I have all the support I need to say successful.
