Great, motivating staff that works excellent together! They encourage you throughout the journey, yet give you that tough love that we all need to hear. I'm blessed to have cross path with SOTA and their staff of All-Stars!
SOTA is such a great program for getting back on track and where you want to be. I lost 50lbs and have managed to keep almost all of it off a year after going in to the maintenance program. The maintenance program is my favorite part because a year later I still feel like I have all the support I need to say successful.

From the minute I walked in to Sota, I felt welcome. The front desk girls knew immediately that I had never been there before and welcomed me with big smiles. The nutritionist came forward with a big smile and showed me to a table to talk. We talked about what I would like to accomplish, my health issues, and any other questions I had. I was then weighed and a plan for my weight loss was established. From start to finish, I felt that I had made the right decision to come to Sota for my weight loss experience. Jo P
