After letting go 50lbs I’ve reached maintenance portion of the program—which can be a little challenging. Every time I go in to sota for weigh ins, I feel supported, encouraged, and my challenges are normalized. Sota is how you loose fat and keep it off—beyond what I could have imagined .

Just started the plan, and everything is going well. The staff of SOTA has been exceptional at providing everything I have needed. There are many food choices, and all I have tried so far have been great.
Just started the second time. First time I did not complete and I wished I had. I am very optimistic this time to complete the course and reach my goal. A few days in and down 4 pounds.
The Fort Worth team has been very supportive in my weight reduction. I have found success with SOTA. This is my last week for awhile and I am anxious about that. I would extend my time but I had an employment change that has caused me to cut my spending for now.
