I've been on the program now for 20 weeks. I'm down 50 lbs, with just a few more to go. SOTA works! You have to be willing to let them re-train you on proper diet essentials. Your days of eating carbs at every meal are over. Proteins and vegetables are what you'll have, and that's not difficult at all. I would recommend it to anybody that wants to make that commitment.
