Just started the second time. First time I did not complete and I wished I had. I am very optimistic this time to complete the course and reach my goal. A few days in and down 4 pounds.

The Fort Worth team has been very supportive in my weight reduction. I have found success with SOTA. This is my last week for awhile and I am anxious about that. I would extend my time but I had an employment change that has caused me to cut my spending for now.

The program sounded great. However it is very similar to other programs I have learned about but was much more expensive. I don’t doubt the results but for me the cost was prohibitive compared to other programs.

Nutritionist/coaches need to get on the same page in some instances. More encouragement during stalls & slower loss weeks. When the customer is walking out the door each week, acknowledge them by saying, “see you next week!! You’re doing great!” Instead of nothing at all. I would suggest coming down on the price. There are a handful of similar ( and I mean almost exact) programs out there at 1/3 the cost. To gain more market share, SOTA will need to get more competitive on pricing the more these programs become realized ... read more
