I am very please with SOTA so far! GREAT experience!
I'm enjoying the experience. The entire team is supportive, fun and knowledgeable ... and motivational. One of the teammembers, however, can brush up on customer service skills. She's not always pleasant in her interactions with me, and she rushes.

I’m in maintenance and have been since September. However, the holidays has left me 5 pounds over my preferred weight. Rebecca is my lifesaver. She keeps me on track and when I stumble she’s there to pick me up. I could make this journey without her support.
