1. You were not clear on what it would take to qualify for the maintenance program. I thought it was an "ideal weight", which I agreed to. Midway through the program you started making noise about "body mass", which I have no idea how to calculate or monitor. The target you set for body mass is unreasonable. 2. In all of my visits, the focus was on what I had NOT done, and how much more I could or should have achieved. Bottom line, the weekly visits were generally unpleasant and I generally dreaded them. 3. I have been impressed from my first meeting as the weight loss journey began. The SOTA team has been encouraging as well as patient with my multiple questions. I still have a way to go but 21 pounds of weight loss in first four weeks keeps you motivated.
