Everyone is very nice and helpful.
The program sounded great. However it is very similar to other programs I have learned about but was much more expensive. I don’t doubt the results but for me the cost was prohibitive compared to other programs.
Nutritionist/coaches need to get on the same page in some instances. More encouragement during stalls & slower loss weeks. When the customer is walking out the door each week, acknowledge them by saying, “see you next week!! You’re doing great!” Instead of nothing at all. I would suggest coming down on the price. There are a handful of similar ( and I mean almost exact) programs out there at 1/3 the cost. To gain more market share, SOTA will need to get more competitive on pricing the more these programs become realized ... read more
So far, so good. I have lost about 16 lbs. In 8 weeks.

Friendly staff. Seem to care about my well being. Happy with the program and very happy I decided to join.
This has been great. I’ve lost over 55lbs and got a clean bill of health from my doctor. I could not have done this with the Sota program and the wonderful nutritionists!
