The weight came off fast and I’ve kept it off by abiding by their methods.
From the minute I walked in to Sota, I felt welcome. The front desk girls knew immediately that I had never been there before and welcomed me with big smiles. The nutritionist came forward with a big smile and showed me to a table to talk. We talked about what I would like to accomplish, my health issues, and any other questions I had. A friend of mine lost a lot of weight and I asked him how he did it and he told me to try SOTA. I was 401 lbs and have tried everything in the world to lose weight. I decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased with the program, I am never hungry and it is super easy. I have only been on this for 5 weeks but I am down 33lbs. I am really excited for my future.
