Weight loss has been great. SOTA support has been/is the absolute best. Thank you for staying with me.
A friend of mine lost a lot of weight and I asked him how he did it and he told me to try SOTA. I was 401 lbs and have tried everything in the world to lose weight. I decided to give it a shot. I am very pleased with the program, I am never hungry and it is super easy. I have only been on this for 5 weeks but I am down 33lbs. I am really excited for my future. By the way I am 57 years old and it is harder to lose weight at my age, but not with SOTA. Give it a try, I mean it’s only for your health.
