Easiest diet I’ve been on by far and lost almost 50 lbs. Now in maintenance and I’ve found I can “cheat” some and still easily maintain the weight loss. Everyone is very professional and encouraging. Highly recommend them!!

SOTA is a great way to let go of the weight. It takes time and commitment; you can’t do it any other way. At SOTA you are training yourself to get off the carbs and sugars, and eat healthy vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins. That habituation takes time. The great staff at SOTA helps you every step of the way to keep you on track and committed. I’m down 50 pounds this year as a result. I couldn’t be happier.
Everybody was very kind and encouraging. I had my consultation and started the program the next day I think that I am losing weight however my first day and is not until next Tuesday
Good results, could do with less berating from some staff members and ready for it to be over
