SOTA is a great way to let go of the weight. It takes time and commitment; you can’t do it any other way. At SOTA you are training yourself to get off the carbs and sugars, and eat healthy vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins. That habituation takes time. The great staff at SOTA helps you every step of the way to keep you on track and committed. I’m down 50 pounds this year as a result. I couldn’t be happier.
Everybody was very kind and encouraging. I had my consultation and started the program the next day I think that I am losing weight however my first day and is not until next Tuesday
Good results, could do with less berating from some staff members and ready for it to be over
This is a great program, I am nine weeks in and I am down 56 lbs

Great experience, losing over 100 lbs in about 8 months. Great help from friendly staff to get to and maintain my goal weight.
Almost two years in maintenance…had some stress in my life and found myself gaining 3-4 pounds. Good weigh-in with review and guidance on how to get back in sync. After two days I’m seeing results. The continued attention SOTA has provided while I am in maintenance really works.
