Experience with weight loss was great. On track to reach my goal weight with a steady rate of 3.5 lb per week. Team seems knowledgeable and is always supportive. Process is pretty easy once you commit to following the plan.
My journey has been much easier than I expected. I have lost in excess of 110 lbs in 52 weeks and dropped nine sizes. I am almost 62 years old and feel better than I have in decades. The SOTA products taste great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this program.
