The weekly check in/weigh in has been really good. It has been helpful to keep me on track and although there have been times I’ve eaten foods off the diet, the feedback and encouragement from the staff has motivated me to stay with it. I’ve been able to lose 35 lbs with another 10plus to go! I’m loving the way I feel...so glad I chose to give Sota a call 5 months ago!
SOTA is not just a program but a life style change. I’ve been battling weight problems my whole life but today I can say I’m down 50 lbs and could have never done this without SOTA. I pastor a church and work in Radio and have crazy hours and SOTA has taught me how to eat with the crazy hours of life. SOTA is a God Send!
