So far, my SOTA journey has been great. Since December 2, 2021 I’m down 40 lbs. It is a commitment: meal by meal, day by day, week by week... but totally worth it! I feel great, look great, and everybody sees the change immediately. 20 to go, and just in time for pool season. Woot! 😁
The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They were encouraging and have been there already encouraging me on day two of my journey to let the weight go forever!
The group at the hulen street located are so friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to my appointments.
