It’s been almost year since came off the diet and I am maintaining my weight and the monthly calls are great and encouraging.
In maintenance now....during our bad winter storm with no electricity or heat I had a tendency to eat more. But was only .6 of a pound more when weighing in after a month. This system continues to work great for me.
