We have been confident and pleased with the care our kids have received at SW Pediatrics for the past 5 years but most recently my daughter met/saw Dr Boardman. She was truly exceptional in communication, patience and listening to the timeline of my daughter's symptoms, covering all bases and was very thorough in determining the best next steps! We are so grateful for her time and knowledge!!

Blown away by how thorough and caring this practice is - from the front desk, to the pediatricians, all the way to the billing department. As a first time mom with a newborn, I feel so incredibly grateful to have landed with Southwest Pediatrics. We've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen, we have great confidence in the care of the entire staff, and have met so many wonderful families when visiting. Highly recommend!
Dr. V. Patil has been our pediatrician since my oldest was born 14 years ago. Throughout these years, she has been such a wonderful and trusted provider to our family - from babies to teens. My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chapa's and he's been amazing. I've now moved out of state and truly felt sad to leave this office. After searching for my daughters new pediatrician I realize even more how much I liked this practice - the nurses have always been kind, calm and professional and Dr. Chapa is really so kind and good with my daughter. Dr. Amy White is the best pediatrician we could ask for. She is thorough, kind, and genuinely cares about my tiny person and our family. We felt pretty luke warm about our previous pediatrician until he gave us medically inaccurate information. We immediately switched over to Dr. White and have been thoroughly satisfied ever since.
I can't say enough good things about dr white. She told me to trust my instincts, reassured me and gave me all the necessary information. She also encouraged me to call or come in whenever I had questions.
We had a wonderful experience today with Dr. Chapa in Saturday morning after hours. He listened to our concerns, which really mattered after a prior horrible experience with another local doctor who discounted all of our feedback and worries for our daughter. I've also had a good experience with Dr. Rimer. Dr. Chapa was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and what's best, decided to provide care to err on the side of caution. Also, my daughter has autism and he did great with her.
Dr. Jolet has seen my son since he was 1 and my daughter since her birth. My son has some special needs and Dr.Jolet has been an honest, FORTHRIGHT physician who has given us realistic, pro-active advice in a kind and educational way. She is WONDERFUL. She is funny. Dr. Wagner and Dr. Rimer are wonderful. I have not seen the other doctors here but I'm sure they are as well. The challenge is some of the front office staff. We really love the doctor and hoping to see some administrative improvement.
