We love SW Pediatrics!! My son has been seen by Dr.Powell, Dr. Wagner & Dr. Chapa & they have all been awesome ! After our previous experience at other places , last one being the worse . We have finally found a place where my son doesn't cry when being seen at all. A place we're doctors make us both comfortable. They have all been very nice, the atmosphere is always great.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had to look for a new pediatric home after the problems we had at our last pediatrician. We have been clients for the last 3 years, my oldest is 5 and my youngest is 2. Today we had a little scheduling snafu with an issue with insurance. The lady at the front (Ashley? Amanda?) went above and beyond to make sure we could still be seen today. We love the doctors at this office and the nurses are all really awesome. We were with Dr. Powell, whom we really enjoyed, since our son was born until she left and now we have met and really like Dr. White! Dr. Chapa is also really wonderful! Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the front desk staff! Some of the girls have been sweet, but within the last couple of visits, we have discovered some bad seeds. This place never lets me down. Every time my little one gets sick they fit her in right away. In addition, Dr. Wagner is the BEST. My daughter LOVES him and he treats her with humor and kindness. What 5 year old likes going to the doctor? In addition, he's very good about explaining things and never rushes out the door. He takes his time to make sure we are taken care of. Can't say enough great things about this practice.
My children have been patients of Dr. Rimer since birth and I cannot say enough great things about this practice the doctors and the staff. We've been treated with respect and kindness every single time.
Dr. Wagner is a great pediatrician. He has a great personality that resonates with us and our little baby boy. His bed side manner is awesome and always comes in the room in "listening mode." We never feel rushed or that we are only a transaction, there is definitely genuine interest and concern around our baby's health. His attention to detail and communication skills are what makes him an all around 5 star doctor.
I've been taking my daughter here since her birth. She's a little over 2 months old now and has been seeing Dr. Powell. Dr. Powell is so attentive and knowledgeable that we've decided to continue to come see her after we moved out of Austin. She checks my daughter thoroughly at each check-up and has lots of suggestions when I bring up an issue or ask questions. We never feel rushed here. Dr. Chapa is awesome. He's got a great bedside manner and my 11 year old daughter is very comfortable with him. As for the office staff, they've been nothing but polite and accommodating.
Dr Wagner has been our pediatrician for 2.5 years, and we can't say enough great things about him. He is great with kids, and takes the time to listen and discuss any concerns with parents. He's also a Dad to a little one, so he seems to genuinely understand some of the difficulties associated with newborns (sleeping, feeding, illness, etc).
