Southwest Pediatrics was formed in 2001 by Drs. Jolet, Patil and Rimer. Dr. Wagner joined us in 2011, Dr. Chapa joined us in 2015, and Dr. White in 2018. Our Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Laurie Blanch, joined us in 2016. I absolutely love this office and all the people who work there. From the front office to the back, everyone seems to work seamlessly and are happy to do it. I teach healthcare office efficiency to other clinics and routinely use examples from your practice as examples of “doing it right”. I’ve been going there for over 8 years, three kids, and adore you all.
Dr.Wagner was the best. Chance are grandson has a few health problems and he has a couple doctors we have to see. Well this doctor really cares enough to look into something another doctor made a very big mistake on. Chance was giving medicine that he should of not been taking. Dr.Wagner called this other doctor then turned around and called me twice to talk to me.I can not say enough about this doctor. Thank you for making sure that Chance was taking the right meds. Dr. Chapa was attentive, caring and informative. He has a great bed side manner.
We love Dr. Patil and have had wonderful experiences with the other doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants and receptionists!
We recently saw Dr. Chapa for a Saturday appointment, and he was great. Very warm, took all our concerns seriously and was very good with my daughter, who has autism. The office is a little far for us, but we make it a point of going there because of the great care. I highly recommend them.
The staff, nurses, and doctors are super friendly, understanding, and patient. Their nurse line has been the best when I’m not sure if I need to bring in one of my kids to be seen, and I have had great experiences with middle of the night calls to their after hours line. I can’t recommend them enough!
