The individualized attention provided to residents makes Mom feel valued and puts our family at ease. Every worker knows Mom by name. I highly recommend this facility.
I have really appreciated how wonderful the staff is to my mother-in-law, [name removed]. Since she’s moved in two months ago, she has received excellent service and care. It seems that everyone knows her name and they help her whenever she has some thing that needs fixing.
A Home for Mom-I toured Pacifica Spring Valley. [name removed] was an absolute delight and it was her caring demeanor that made me put a deposit on the first visit. I know my parents will be in good hands there!!
The environment is like a cruise ship, not like an institution. Caregivers are dedicated and loving. Food is healthy and appetizing. My brother was a big eater. I was always kept in the loop on everything. Management was accessible and responsive. One of the best parts for me was the business manager who filed claims documents to perfection and made my life so easy. Thank you! [name removed] was lucky to have you!

Environment is well decorated for the holidays staff are engaged with with all the resident of food is good needs all the needs of each individual resident continue activities to keep your loved one occupied and brain engaged.
The faculty was outstanding. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming! Especially the activity’s department, the activities director was extremely spirited and had everyone wanting to participate. Highly recommend.
This community is so nice and welcoming. As soon as i walked through the door you could tell this a loving, warm place for its residents. The Activities Director had the entire group of seniors engaged in a fun activity. And everyone looked happy. I am so glad my friend is here!
From my first meeting with the Community Relations Director through my husband’s now 32 days in his new home, I have nothing but the highest regard for every person I have dealt with.
