I don’t know why this company is allowed to have one star. Absolutely incompetent rude *** must be a requirement for employment. It’s one thing to be ignorant, its total bliss, ********* on the other hand is inexcusable. After they took over NRG they promptly crashed and burned, double billing zero customer service not one person who knew anything about their job and NEVER a supervisor to be found. Don’t walk RUN from this company or trust me you’ll be doing exactly what I am doing now

Horrible billing portal and customer service does not help! We have tried to resolve billing problems several times and get nowhere. Billing dates are out of order and portal is not user friendly. They are trying to collect double payments, even though we have provided documentation showing our payments being debited from our account. WORST COMPANY!!!

Had trouble With auto pay then went to paper billing now they are sending the bills late just so I will have to pay a late charge I live on a fix income and that real hurts B Bradley

Spruce took over our NRG Solar account. We have a leak in our roof caused by the solar equipment and contacted NRG and they tried to fix it. It did not work and our roof is still leaking. The leaks now affect three rooms in the house. Spruce told us they would not do anything to fix the problem. We are trying to get some assistance from a government agency to help us.

I'm trying to Refi my home, Originally I had my solar account with NRG and was bought out by Spruce... They will not provide a ucc termination or a subordination for e can Refi our home, their reasoning is that my ucc filing is expired and no longer valid but it still shows on my title!!! They refuse to provide a written termination required to remove off my title report or a subordination and now my rate is increasing cause of this... Does anyone know what u can do.. This is Ridiculously sad their so this to me!!!

This is truly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is almost non-existent. We have our bill deducted monthly from our bank account and every, I mean EVERY month, we get a bill showing we owe 2 months. This happened once before and it was straightened out (for awhile) and here we are - back in the same boat. I called today, was on hold for over 10 minutes and the call was then redirected to an answering service. All of you verify my experience. My inverter failed in 2019 after four years with the company when it was still owned by NRG. They replaced it, and it worked fine for a while, Then it failed again in 2021, after Spruce bought them, and has never produced to full capacity since, and has declined to nearly zero now, and I am not getting my production reports regularly either. Incoherent billing. Rigged so you are late with delayed mailing of bills and giving 15 days to apy. The system does nto generate touted performance and they won't repair ********s shoddy install. Spruce customer service is poor. Only email. Wish I could ditch this *** company

Sold my home 9 months ago and have yet to have the issue resolved. Every person in multiple different departments blame each other, claim they cant help me, and there's NEVER a supervisor available. Prior to selling my home I had issue for a year and half. 2 years of dealing with this awful company. I will scream it from a mountain top to never do business with this company. We will be seeking legal action as they are now trying to "collect" a debt from us when we don't even own the home!!!!!!!
