Sold my home 9 months ago and have yet to have the issue resolved. Every person in multiple different departments blame each other, claim they cant help me, and there's NEVER a supervisor available. Prior to selling my home I had issue for a year and half. 2 years of dealing with this awful company. I will scream it from a mountain top to never do business with this company. We will be seeking legal action as they are now trying to "collect" a debt from us when we don't even own the home!!!!!!!

I have Spruce Power for my Solar Panels. They bought out my last service provider. Sadly, the service has not been the best. 1st - our contact information was never received correctly. I can't say this was Spruce's fault but the process has been extremely frustrating because of this. 2nd - a service technician arrived at my door last week to change out our meter. Their service is the worst. Not sure if they are debt collectors because when I logged into their site they want me to check a box for debt collection. Not sure how I can escape, they bought NRG. Will appreciate any help to get out.

Worst customer service! Worst company! A Fraud company! I have been requested them to replace a malfunction solar panel for more than a year. The customer reps are blind-sighted and deceiving customers. Based on the Enlighten production chart, apparently one of the solar panels has very very low production. They still claim no need to replace. I have called and emailed customer service countless times. No one provide any help! Spruce Power is the worst company I have dealt with in my adult life of 82 years. The monitoring of my solar system has been nonfunctional since October of 2021 & their customer service does nothing but tell me that someone will get back to me in 8-10 days and then that dispatch can't get someone in Hawaii to respond. Prior to this lie I had to take pictures of my equipment that I thought was their and trouble shoot f or them before they would do anything. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and thats if or when someone finally answers the phone. I have had issues since they bought out NRG. No one has their crap together when it comes to billing! I even said someone can come get the damn solar panels and no one cared. Do not do business with this company!

I started with NRG and they sold my contract to Spruce Juniper. My roof has been leaking under the solar panel since sept of 2019. I have gone back and forth for at least 2 years trying to find a resolution. The Panels aren't working either, not generating any energy and they still expect to get paid every month. Not happening. I'm in the process of trying to sue them for damage to my roof and not adhering to the contract as far as energy consumption promises. My husband and I have been trying FOR MONTHS to get our solar panels fixed. They suddenly stopped working in the fall of 2021, and we have called and emailed multiple times to get someone to come out and look at them. They finally sent someone out on Monday, February 14. The tech figured out the problem and is STILL waiting on Spruce to approve the fix. I bought my home when there was already a contract with Spruce Power attached to it. I couldn’t buy the home without taking on the contract. I looked into my options and none of them were do able. The contract is impossible to get out of, and the price of power from the solar panels is the same price as buying it from the power company. There is nothing I can say good about this company. Don’t get into a contract with them. It’s a ripoff. It is not fair business. .
