My solar bill invoice does not match the information on the webpage. Also, I do not know how they are calculating the monthly invoice amount. Can anybody assist with this?

Their customer service is terrible. No one is accountable and no one has the ability to resolve their many billing issues. They overbill every month and after waiting on hold to speak to their billing department, the representative is unable to do anything and no supervisor or manager is ever available. I waited two week for a supervisor to respond to my call, no response. I called again (after two weeks of waiting for a response) only to be told that they would request another supervisor to call me back (no time frame). Wor... read more

Wish we could write a review using 0 stars. Lucky for me my solar panels and workings are through a different company, unluckily SPRUCE is used for their billing. They give new definition to the word FRAUDS. They billed me for 2 months that my solar was inoperable, I've still been trying to get that money back since May of 2021 because I was on AUTOPAY. Finally got to talk to a real person in September of 2021 to take me off autopay because they took $82 more out of my checking than my bill was, which of course I didn't know... read more

Worst customer service! For the longest time the only way I could communicate about any issues I had was through email to the IT department. This is what I was told. I purchased my home and inherited the solar panels. When I was finally able to speak to a representative, I questioned how these panels work. I save nothing in my electric bill. She said “it does not save you money in electricity” are you kidding me?!?! I thought that was the main selling point to these damn things! I agree with everyones complaint on here! They took over $1700 out of my account without my permission, without notice. They said it was back owed. Then everything seemed fine. Then it happened again. I can't get anyone to explain my bill and why I owe that make. I've been dealing with this for over a year, possibly 2 years now! You try to call and it goes to a call center that isn't even part of the company. I don't know what to do. I wish I didn’t have to give a star at all. They are friendly enough on the phone and I appreciate that, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. They don’t actually “assist” you on the phone. Just send you from department to department or tell you they have so many days to process and then you have to hound them for days to get anything done. We bought a home that had their solar leased on it. The previous owners obviously didn’t do any homework when shopping for solar and have a plan worse than pge. Absolutely the worst company to do business with. Even though I have setup ACH and seeing the payments being made for Jan and Feb, their portal still says those months are outstanding. The billing for March is completely out of line with production for the month. I read many of the recent comments here and I am absolutely shocked they are swindling so many people across the country. This is on top of a huge reduction in production over the years and in breach of their own warranty. These people should be held accountable for... read more

Terrible!!!!!!! Steer clear of this if you can!! Unfortunately our service was sold to them and it has been nothing but a nightmare ever since!!! We have stuff wrong with our service and equipment but keep getting the run around. Cannot get supervisor to call us back, keep being told to submit more information (most of which we have already provided).
